The innovative machine addresses critical industry needs by creating gas-tight seals on stainless steel and exotic alloy tubes up to 38mm diameter, capable of withstanding pressures up to 150,000 psi.

The CT-38 represents a significant advancement in tube processing technology, featuring a unique ‘overturn’ clean-up process that ensures perfect sealing surfaces after thread rolling. Unlike traditional methods, the machine produces stronger, swarf-free threads while maintaining exceptional precision. Its ability to handle pre-bent tubes and complete processing cycles in approximately five minutes – including tool changes – offers manufacturers substantial time savings compared to conventional approaches.
