Forkardt Hardinge, a global leader in precision workholding solutions, has announced the acquisition of ATS Systems, a nationally recognized supplier of machine tool accessories. The move marks the company’s first acquisition since its partnership with Centre Lane Partners in September 2024 and signifies a strategic expansion of its capabilities across the machine tool industry.
ATS Systems is well known for its wide range of products, including workholding equipment, coolant management systems, bar feeders, and other accessories designed to support major industrial sectors. The acquisition enhances Forkardt Hardinge’s ability to provide integrated, end-to-end solutions for its customers.
