These encompass the Production Monitor, Service Monitor, and Remote Service, unified under the umbrella name of UNITED GRINDING Digital Solutions™. Blohm, a renowned name in surface and profile grinding machines, is set to introduce a world premiere with the PLANOMAT XT 408. This novel solution, boasting automatic workpiece loading and unloading, presents an internal machining solution tailored for hydraulic motor stators.

Studer’s contribution to the exhibition is equally captivating, with an innovative automation solution poised for debut on the S31 universal external cylindrical grinding machine.

Walter, an esteemed entity within the Group, is set to unveil the pioneering “Laser Contour Check” measuring system at EMO. This system, making its inaugural appearance, caters to highly precise, non-contact measurement of diverse tool parameters on cylindrical tools.
