Efficiency in machine setup is paramount for achieving high first-part efficiency and reducing non-productive time. The TNC7 addresses this need with graphically supported functions for 6D workholding and workpiece setup, streamlining setup processes and enhancing energy efficiency. The inclusion of Optimized Contour Milling (OCM) further enhances productivity and tool longevity by automatically calculating the best trochoidal milling strategy for pockets and islands of any shape.

Live demonstrations at the Heidenhain exhibit at MACH showcase the TNC7’s capabilities across various machining tasks, emphasizing time savings achieved through its advanced functions. From turning and roughing to finishing and deburring, the TNC7 ensures efficient process optimization and reliable machining outcomes. With integrated process monitoring features, the TNC7 offers a comprehensive solution for modern manufacturing challenges.
