FAIRFIELD, OH – Force Control Industries has unveiled its new HYDRASTOP line of industrial thruster brakes, engineered to meet strict Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) compliance standards. The spring-set, electrohydraulic braking systems are initially available for 6-13″ drum applications, with expanded sizes and disc brake variants planned for future release.

The HYDRASTOP series delivers reliable stopping power for critical industrial operations including bridge movement systems, heavy-duty cranes, and marine equipment. Designed to AIST Technical Report 11 specifications, the brakes offer torque capacities ranging from 35 to 2,140 ft/lbs, accommodating diverse load requirements across infrastructure and industrial sectors.
